OneCLI connects AI agents to Zoho CRM through OAuth. Agents can search records and read or manage leads, contacts, accounts, deals, and tasks. The gateway injects the token into every request, so your agent never sees it.Zoho CRM uses your own Zoho API client. Setup takes about five minutes, once.
OneCLI connects to Zoho’s US data center (zoho.com). Accounts in other Zoho regions (EU, IN, AU, and others) aren’t supported yet.
Open the Zoho API Console, click Add Client, and choose Server-based Applications. Name it OneCLI.
2
Add the redirect URI
In OneCLI, open Connections > Zoho CRM > Custom credentials and copy the Redirect URI. Paste it into the Zoho client’s Authorized Redirect URIs and click Create.
3
Add your credentials and connect
Copy the client’s Client ID and Client Secret into Custom credentials, click Save credentials, then click Connect Zoho CRM and Accept in Zoho.
The Zoho CRM connect window in OneCLI before credentials are added.
Grant the connection to each agent that needs it, and choose per tool what runs freely, what needs approval, and what’s blocked. Put every Delete tool behind approval. Organization rules add guardrails on top. A blocked request never reaches Zoho.To disconnect, remove the connection in Connections > Zoho CRM, then delete the client in the Zoho API Console.
