Overview

OneCLI connects AI agents to Fireflies with an API key. Agents can search meetings and read transcripts, summaries, and action items. The gateway injects the key into every request, so your agent never sees it. Connecting takes about a minute.

Connect Fireflies

1

Copy your API key from Fireflies

In Fireflies, open Integrations > Fireflies API and copy your API key.
2

Paste it in OneCLI

In the OneCLI dashboard, open Connections > Fireflies, paste the key into API Key, and click Connect Fireflies.
OneCLI connect window for Fireflies, showing the setup guide link, the API Key field, and the Connect Fireflies button.

The key has the same access as your Fireflies account. Treat it like a password.

What agents can do

Controlling access

Grant the connection to each agent that needs it, and choose per tool what runs freely, what needs approval, and what’s blocked. Allow GraphQL API (queries) for reading, and put mutations and the MCP server behind approval. Organization rules add guardrails on top. A blocked request never reaches Fireflies. To disconnect, remove the connection in Connections > Fireflies, then regenerate the key in Fireflies under Integrations > Fireflies API.
