What counts as an agent?
An agent is a unique identity for one AI actor: Claude Code, Cursor, a CI bot, or a custom script. Each plan includes a fixed number of agents, counted across all your projects. Humans never count as agents.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, and it is free forever, not a trial. Every organization starts with $5 in AI model credits and 500 integration calls per month at no cost, no credit card required. You can test all platform features and invite team members on the free plan. When you outgrow it, pick the plan that fits.
Which AI models are included?
Team and Scale prices include access to all hosted models: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and leading open-weight models. Fair usage limits apply per session and per week, measured by the tokens your prompts and responses consume. Heavier models consume your limit faster, and when a window is exhausted, requests route to a lightweight model until it resets.
What is BYOC and how does it change the price?
BYOC means bring your own Anthropic or OpenAI key: your agents run on your existing provider account and you pay Anthropic or OpenAI directly. Toggle AI models off on a plan and the price drops: Team goes from $499 to $149/mo, Scale from $1,999 to $499/mo.
Are integrations really all included?
Yes. Every plan includes all integrations, standard and enterprise, with no metering on integration calls: no quotas, no overage bills. Pricing scales with the number of agents you run, not with how much they work. If you want to cap an agent's usage, set your own rate-limit policy rules.
What happens when I need more agents?
Each plan includes a fixed agent count: 3 on Free, 10 on Team, 20 on Scale. When you outgrow a plan, upgrade to the next one. The new slots are available immediately. Need more than 20? Talk to us about an Enterprise plan with custom limits.
Do human team members cost anything?
Each plan includes a set number of human seats: 3 on Free, 5 on Team, 10 on Scale, and unlimited on Enterprise. Team is a fixed 5 seats; to add more people, move up to Scale, where extra seats are $49/user/mo with your own LLM key or $199 with hosted models included. Team members can manage projects, review audit logs, and approve agent actions.
Can I self-host OneCLI?
Self-hosted deployment is available on the Enterprise plan: the full platform runs in your own cloud, VPC, or on-prem, with custom terms. Talk to us to scope it.
