An agent is a unique identity for one AI actor: Claude Code, Cursor, a CI bot, or a custom script. Each plan includes a fixed number of agents, counted across all your projects. Humans never count as agents.

Yes. The Free plan includes 3 users, 3 agents, and 500 integration calls per user a month, no credit card required. When you need more agents or unlimited calls, upgrade to a paid plan from the dashboard.

Yes. Paid plans never meter integration calls: no quotas, no overage bills. Pricing scales with the number of agents you run, not with how much they work. If you want to cap an agent's usage, set your own rate-limit policy rules.

Each plan includes a fixed agent count: 3 on Free, 20 on Team, 50 on Scale. When you outgrow a plan, upgrade to the next one. The new slots are available immediately. Need more than 50? Talk to us about an Enterprise plan with custom limits.

There is no per-seat pricing. Each plan includes a set number of human seats: 3 on Free, 10 on Team, 25 on Scale, and unlimited on Enterprise. Team members can manage projects, review audit logs, and approve agent actions.

Yes. The community edition can be self-hosted on any plan. Scale adds managed self-hosting in your own VPC for $1,499/mo, and Enterprise offers fully custom VPC or on-prem deployments.
