Utility API: Counts, Vaults, and Agent Bootstrap - OneCLI

The utility endpoints cover helpers that don’t fit one resource. They return workspace counts, vault connections, and hosted-agent runners, and they give you what you need to start an agent behind the gateway. Use the bootstrap helpers when you wire a container or coding agent to OneCLI. See Coding agents for the full setup.

Endpoints

Get resource counts	`GET /counts`	Get headline counts for the current workspace, such as how many agents and secrets it holds.
List vault connections	`GET /vaults`	List the workspace’s external vault connections, such as 1Password and Bitwarden, and their status.
List runners	`GET /runners`	List the deployment’s hosted-agent runners and whether each one is alive.
Get an agent’s container configuration	`GET /container-config`	Get the environment variables, CA certificate, and credential stubs to point a container at the gateway as an agent.
List agents with credential stubs	`GET /credential-stubs`	List the coding agents that need a local credential stub file to start and route traffic through the gateway.
Get a credential stub	`GET /credential-stubs/{agent}`	Get the placeholder credentials file a coding agent needs locally.
Get the gateway skill	`GET /skill/gateway`	Get the Markdown skill that teaches a coding agent how to use the OneCLI gateway, tailored to a framework.
