# Zoho CRM Integration: Leads, Contacts & Deals for AI Agents

> Agents can read and manage Zoho CRM leads, contacts, accounts, deals, and tasks. Connect with your own Zoho API client.

## Overview

OneCLI connects AI agents to [Zoho CRM](https://www.zoho.com/crm/) through OAuth. Agents can search records and read or manage leads, contacts, accounts, deals, and tasks. The gateway injects the token into every request, so your agent never sees it.

Zoho CRM uses **your own Zoho API client**. Setup takes about five minutes, once.

<Note>
  OneCLI connects to Zoho's **US data center** (`zoho.com`). Accounts in other Zoho regions (EU, IN, AU, and others) aren't supported yet.

  </Step>
</Steps>

## What agents can do

| Area | What agents can do |
| - | - |
| **Records** | List, read, create, update, and delete leads, contacts, accounts, deals, and tasks. Search across records |
| **Org** | List users, read settings, and read the organization |

## Controlling access

[Grant](/docs/guides/agent-access) the connection to each agent that needs it, and choose per tool what runs freely, what needs approval, and what's blocked. Put every **Delete** tool behind approval. Organization [rules](/docs/guides/rules) add guardrails on top. A blocked request never reaches Zoho.

To disconnect, remove the connection in **Connections** > **Zoho CRM**, then delete the client in the Zoho API Console.
